Assuming I’m not misinterpreting the instructions, I’m getting two possible solutions for the 6×6 grid, one where the P-pentomino region on the left center holds a T-tetromino and one where it has an S-tetromino. The only other difference in the solutions is which “end” cell the upper-left region uses.
